Arnold Preminger, a defendant who was brought into court for attempted arson, as he thinks, as the case is presented by Dan before the bench, that "the Earth is being invaded by aliens from the Gaseous-Nebula Gamma 7 were infiltrating the municipal work force in their constant, continued quest for universal domination!". and they should fight back.
When Preminger says that he has proof, from a New York Times newspaper article, Harry corrects him saying "Mr. Premminger, this is an article about immigrants!"
