Art is a maintennace worker at the Manhattan Criminal Court building. His duties include spraying for pests, elevator maintenance, and other general maintenance duties. A rather bumbling "fix-it-man", his attempts to fix things that go wrong in the courthouse building often disrupts Harry's courtroom proceedings.
