Kenneth Tigar (born September 24, 1942) first appeared as Mr. Slotkin, a man who holds the court hostage in the episode of Night Court titled "The Hostage" in Season 3, then as Gus Melman in "Her Honor: Part 4" in Season 5.

Career

Kenneth has made numerous TV show episode guest role appearances, which includes the recurring Mr. Kopeckne, on the television series Barney Miller, CHiPs, Star Trek:TNG, Star Trek:Voyager, Quantum Leap, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and Hill Street Blues.

Tigar also appeared in the pilot episode of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman in 1993 (co-starring with Teri Hatcher) and in the final episode of CBS-TV's Murder, She Wrote in 1996. He also had recurring roles on the long-running CBS-TV soap opera Dallas and the ABC-TV sitcom Growing Pains and a regular role as Fritz Heath on ABC-TV's nighttime soap series Dynasty.

Kenneth also made notable appearances in the films Lethal Weapon 2 (1989), Lethal Weapon 3 (1992), Primal Fear (1996) and as the German Old Man in 2012's The Avengers.
