Neil Valluri is the court clerk in the Manhattan Municipal Night Court in the new NBC sitcom series revival Night Court. Neil is played by actor Kapil Talwalkar.
About Neil[]
To put it succintly, Neil views his job as court clerk of the Manhattan Night Court as a opportunity to have an easy job where he can do "as little as possible". Easily aggravated, his desire to breeze through the night without complications clashes with Abby's desire to dig deep into the lives of the people brought before her. Despite this, and his rebelling against Abby's efforts to bring him out of his comfort zone, he does have a mischievous streak. On December 28, 2023, it was announced that Neil will depart after one season of Night Court.[1]
