About Phil
Phil Sanders was a homeless person that Dan Fielding used to run errands for many of his personal schemes. Although he lived the life of a homeless person, it is later revealed that he was an eccentric miser that had fortunes accumulated in many offshore bank accounts, many in countries whose banking systems collapsed, therefore losing most of his fortune. Dan does not know about this until after Phil is killed when a piano is dropped on him in a freak accident. His death was ironic, because Phil always had an unexplained fear of musical instruments.
